Annekathrin Nedwed

Hi there, I’m Annekathrin and I’m a Postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Medical Biostatistics, Epidemiology and Informatics (IMBEI). In my research, I focus on developing standardized analysis workflows for bulk and single RNA-sequencing. Additionally, I’m developing R packages for these workflows.

Outside of my academic pursuits, I like to dance as well as create art pieces entirely made from origami cranes.
